As a marketing and communication manager and spokesperson for various companies and organisations, Frederik has built up a strong reputation over the past years. He specializes in market research, brand strategy and digital marketing. Frederik repositioned several large institutions and developed a new marketing and communication strategy for them. As a real people manager he gets employees involved in new stories and turns them into ambassadors of the new direction a company wants to take. Frederik is not only managing partner of Reputations, but also a part-time lecturer in market research and digital marketing at the AP University College in Antwerp.
