Plan C, an organization within OVAM that deals with circular economy, asked Reputations to develop the positioning and profiling of their organization. On the basis of several work sessions, Reputations drew up a completely new marketing and communication strategy. Based on this, OVAM asked Reputations to set up a new organisational model and governance structure for the entire circular economy operation, both internally and externally. This plan was supervised by Reputations and rolled out within OVAM.
