We developed a new brand strategy for the University of Antwerp. We organized a series of work sessions together with the rector, vice-rectors and the marketing and communication team. In order to get a complete picture of the university’s brand reputation and to be able to steer it further, a large-scale internal and external perception survey was carried out. All results were incorporated into a Reputation Guide, a promotional onepager and a strategic priority list.
